🐾 Willow – Workshop Supervisor & Postal Alarm System

Meet Willow, our lovable Golden Doodle and self-appointed Workshop Supervisor here in Kenilworth. While she may not have a degree in design, Willow takes a very keen interest in everything being made.

Each morning, she trots into the studio with purpose - nose twitching, tail wagging, ready to inspect the day’s creations. Whether it's ceramic tiles, personalised prints or a suspiciously treat-shaped object, Willow gives everything a thorough sniff before offering her professional opinion (usually in the form of a satisfied bark and a nap in the sun).

However her duties don’t end there. Willow also moonlights as our Security Barking Unit, alerting us with great enthusiasm when the postman arrives to collect the day’s orders. No parcel leaves the premises without her woofy sign-off.

Is she checking for quality or just hoping someone drops a biscuit? We may never know. But one thing’s certain — every item from SmartGiftShop leaves Willow-approved. 🐶💌
